GOD IS A SPIRIT

God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and truth.  John 4:24(NIV)

COMMENT:

God is not physical (although he can if he wanted) .He cannot be seen with our eyes. The only way we can see him is through our spirit if we are born again. Our spirit is made up of three faculties, namely: conscience, worship and intuition (ability to communicate with God).

Our spirit is able to connect with God in the above- mentioned areas. Animals do not have a spirit and so they cannot worship, talk to God or feel remorseful after making  a  mistake. Conscience is not the portion of animals.

We need vibrant spirits in order to worship in spirit and truth.
